I wanted to design something that could do just that and the appointment has already been made for you.
✨This is your 💤Sound Therapy Sleep Session💤 and your appointment is officially booked. Using slow rolling, low vibration crystal singing bowls, the mixture I've designed for this session was made to guarantee you a deeply needed, full nights sleep. There are no cancellation fees and you can come back as many times as you like, free of charge 😋.

Sometimes, for no reason at all, I find myself feeling as though I’m alone.
Like I’m moving against the grain; out of sync with the world around me.
I feel lost. A fearsome sense of discomfort.

We will now regain our sense of that connection with the help of specific frequencies.
The 128Hz, 196Hz, and 256Hz Root chakra frequencies will ground and hold us present in this experience.
The 216Hz and 432Hz Third Eye frequencies will restore our vision of the bigger picture of unity with all.
The 242Hz and 484Hz Crown chakra frequencies will be the bridge connecting our body and mind with the Universe.
