In my opinion, a modern architecture vision cannot just be technical.
It has to consider the social dynamics involved in rapid learning teams, in particular when applying technical wisdom to domain understanding.
In this talk, I will present my view of organizations as socio-technical systems, with considerations on design and architecture heuristics.
A journey from the bits of the codebase to the soul of our users, passing by the "complexity in the heart of Software" and its understanding by development teams.
