Soul Star X Sega 32X unreleased game.

I wonder if this game's ROM is corrupted?
After completing the first level of the game, the screen was tearing (?) and the second level began. After finishing level 2 , the game froze, although the music continued to play for a while. A minute later, the graphics from level 3 appeared on the screen.
END.
On the "Joypad" gaming magazine page, I saw screenshots where the third level was fully playable.

Questions:
1. I wonder how many non-working levels are in the ROM?
2. And can this game be fixed?
