This is Track #14 of Disc 2 in the Soul Nomad OST. As usual, they put (Kaori, Tenpei Sato) at the end of the track title in the America release, but I didn't really feel the urge to put that there.
For some reason, there are no vocal credits for "Gemini", but there is for "Requiem of Gemini". Maybe those were just special effects in "Gemini".
If you listen closely to the background singers, I believe that's Tenpei Sato's voice.
