I've held off on this one because Raph has gone through so many changes/nerfs so I wanted to wait a good bit before releasing this with all of his updated damage values and combo potential. Part 2 will include his optimal wall combos, Soul Charge and Lethal hits (otherwise this video would be 300 hours long lol)
