What's this? A second upload on this channel in the year? Yes. Yes it is. Anyway decided to do another Soul Calibur VI character creation tutorial. This time round it's for Stocking Anarchy from the anime Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. Like with Triple H that I did previously, there isn't a single tutorial on YouTube on how to make this character. And that's where I come in to fix. That and I wanna do this in honour of Gainax. The legendary animation studio responsible for this anime and several others that's sadly shutting down due to bankruptcy. And like last time, no DLC required and feel to offer advice on how to improve this so I can do a follow-up.
