I've been hitting this way too often on the bottom staircase lately. This is similar to how I set up library floor skip without stopping. Sockfolder is investigating this right now and there seems to be a position correction at the edge of the stairs, so consistency with the jump seems likely as long as you can get this. I hit this like 8/10 times before I recorded this short video.
