Ahoy Maties! In this video I will be covering a very quick way to unlock the A Fleeting Fancy Achievement in Sea of Thieves as part of the Season 7 Captaincy update. This achievement tasks us with owning a total of 15 Ships.
The trick we are going to use is by dismantling our ships. Generally the only way to purchase a second ship of a given type is to unlock a legendary ship milestone for your purchased ship in order to purchase a second ship; however, by dismantling your ship you are free to purchase another of the same type. Thus, we can keep purchasing sloops at a hefty 250,000 gold per ship. This method will cost you 3.75 million to unlock.
