This video was recorded on a night vision camera, remains shrouded in mystery, with both the date of the recording and the camera owner unknown. The government deemed the camera unimportant, allowing it to be acquired with just a polite request.
It is presumed that the camera belongs to White#39248, known as "The Guardian" (although their real name is still unknown.) This individual is likely the white Teletubby found dead at 1:52 P.M. near the entrance to the Satellite Station Site 12. However, this remains purely speculative; I did not witness the corpse myself, and the government only confirmed that the body was white. Thus, this assumption will remain just that - an assumption.
*What’s particularly intriguing is the damage to the digitized version of the video recording. There are noticeable digital artifacts, lagging frames, and even entirely new characters appearing.
Threads of information are beginning to weave together, but a complete picture has yet to emerge. Further investigation is needed.
