지난 2월 검은사막 공식 홈페이지에 개설되었던 캐릭터 토론장을 통해 정말 많은 모험가 여러분께서 목소리를 내어주셨습니다. 먼저 이 자리를 빌려 감사의 인사를 전합니다.저희는 여러분의 의견을 하나하나 취합하고 꼼꼼히 검토하는 시간을 가졌으며, 이제 그 고민의 결과들을 하나씩 모험가 여러분과 공유하고자 합니다.먼저 전체적인 방향성을 말씀드리면, 현재 사용 빈도가 적은 기술 위주로 개선을 진행하여 각 캐릭터의 기술 활용 패턴에 변화를 이끌어내보고자 합니다. 물론 버그 수정에도 만전을 기울이는 한편, 불필요하게 적용되어있는 피해량 분산 기술은 없는지 꼼꼼하게 체크하여 수정할 계획입니다. 또한, 각 캐릭터가 가진 고유의 개성을 더 끌어내 더 즐거운 플레이가 가능하도록 하고자 합니다. 시간이 다소 걸릴지라도 최대한 노력하여 준비할 것이며, 이 결과는 3월 18일 정기점검부터 꾸준히 업데이트될 예정입니다.
Basically they're talking about in February they reached out to KR Players via their official forums on the website asking for insight on bugs/balance changes/ and just things they thought needed to be looked at or changed for each individual class and here they are acknowledging that saying thank you and they've been able to look over all that information with the various classes.They then go on to talk about the general direction with the changes saying they want to make improvements based on skills that are currently used less often or seen as useless to make them more relevant, and then they talk about fixing potential bugs or skills that aren't doing the correct damage. Then they mention how they want to highlight the uniqueness of each class more that way its more apparent in the gameplay and how the individual classes can be useful/differ.They say although it will take some time, they're doing their best to get these changes out for every class, which will be seen on a regular basis starting with March 18 Patch.
At one point I said that it might get changed, and IF it gets hit hard I'll just go back to maining Lahn in KR again.
TLDR; more class balance changes and fixes for EVERY class starting March 18, but we don't know exactly what that means for any specific class and so classes that may be seen as strong now, may not be as strong in the next few months, the strengths of each class may change in the upcoming months.
In case somebody asks for source of what PA said, it was in 3/11/2020 patch notes from KR.

The lineage of Black Magic, as recorded in the Book of Ancients, dates far back in time.
The first Sorceress, the one who started it all, was Cartian. All present-day Sorceresses are considered her descendants, and the little town of Tarif holds evidence for such a claim. Tarif was founded around three hundred years ago by Cartian and Allan Serbin.
The Book of Cartian, only found and circulated within Tarif, has always been considered the Holy Scripture for Sorceresses. Not everything was mentioned or explained in the Book of Cartian, however, not even the Reaper’s Scythe, the weapon solely used by the Great Sorceress herself.
During Cartian’s time, there was a great territorial war between the Humans and the Cyclopians. The Cyclops were about to completely consume the outnumbered and physically weaker humans, until Cartian appeared and vanquished them with the Scythe.
After Cartian’s victory, the Sorceresses divided into several smaller clans, and began to spread out across the world beyond Tarif. Though she had lived their for an outstandingly long span of time, much longer than that of an average human, Cartian is believed to have settled near Hexe Sanctuary, with one of the smaller clans.
Just before the almost immortal Sorceress disappeared, she injected every ounce of her destructive power into her Scythe, and sealed it away.
It did not take long before the Scythe was found by other Sorceresses who could not control its power, so Allan Serbin, a long-time friend of Cartian and the chief of Tarif, had to seal the Scythe again under the sacred tree of Scuffling Letusa.
As a result, Allan Serbin lost his body, trapping his spirit in a picture frame, where he watches over Tarif to this very day.
