It's where your videos or channel can be taken down for copyrighted material like Family Guy or Video Games... WE'RE PROMOTING THIS STUFF, YOU KNOW...
Also, you can go to jail for a few years for this, too...

Come at me, Government, shut my channel down and lock me up, I'm not running from a fight. You're only going to fill every single jail up until there's no more left... THEN what are you going to do?
