This is my 2nd most favorite Boss in SoO.
The Debuff of Haromm Stacks infinitely which makes Death Strike Timing and high DPS essential.
Good old BC Rocketboots downgraded my overall itemlvl to 630ish which was totally worth it for resetting the stack once.

Also since this fight has tons of magic damage and multitarget Breath of Sindragosa is OP as fuck here if used properly. (Kept it up for the first 2 minutes of the fight).
