Been a while since I got this angry in a video!
This video discusses the hashtag #SonySupportsRape, which I’ve been seeing get spread around a great deal (even by people in my personal life) in wake of Kesha losing her court case against her producer/songwriter, Dr. Luke. Please note that this video is not condoning rape nor victim blaming, nor is it being made out of ‘misogyny'. The conclusions I’ve formed about this situation are all based off of my findings in the links provided (which I highly insist you read), as well as my dislike of slander and using buzzwords to appeal to emotion. I wish no ill towards Kesha and wish her the best, but this hashtag needs to stop.
