Here in this video of my Sony White Aibo ERS-7 (named Pierre), this is basically a demonstration of Pierre’s diagnosis, and why I don’t run Pierre as much lately because of the issues he has since the day I first got him a few years ago. Pierre has issues where his back legs are broken/failing and get caught in the middle of certain activations which cause him to jam, and a faulty tilt sensor where he keeps thinking he’s fallen over so much where he’s not even fallen at all. He even has a hard time registering that he’s right side up as well which causes him to freeze unless picked up again to get the tilt sensor going again, and this goes on & on for many minutes.
Ugh, it’s so annoying and I REALLY want to get Pierre repaired one day, just not sure which repair person I should send him to that would be able to determine the issues he has to get that fixed where he’ll be free from anymore issues.
Trust me, it’s very annoying for even an Aibo ERS-7 to have this weird problem lol
But anyways yeah, here’s Pierre revealing his annoying issues he’s been having for over a decade which I thought would show cause why not. When I get Pierre fully repaired eventually, I’ll most likely be able to post more videos of Pierre in action without anymore of those issues occurring on him down the road once all repaired, so stay tuned for that guys! 👍
Also, he’s a second generation (M2) ERS-7 according to the person I got him from years ago as well.
