What's the best way to figure out great vlog settings for your Sony mirrorless camera? Record a vlog! I did and these are my settings. All gear used linked below and at kit.com/rayortega

This is how I setup my Sony a6500 for a recent vlog. These settings would also work on most other Sony mirrorless cams such as the a6300, a6500, a7III etc. Let me know how these work for you or what you prefer.
Menu 1
Focus Mode: Continuous AF
Focus Area: Wide
Smile/Face Dect.: On
Menu 2
Movie/S&Q Motion: Manual
File Format: XAVC S 4K
Record Setting: 30p 100M
AF drive speed: Normal
AF Track Sens: Responsive
Audio Rec Level: 6 with Rode VMP at: 0
Picture Profile: PP7 SLog 2 (modified see video at 2:18)
White Balance: Daylight
Zebra (Custom): 107 +/-2
ISO: 800 (getting exposure by changing the aperture).
SteadyShot: On
