Picture is by ikimaru ^^ Hehe, it's a homestuck thing because I love homestuck and am starting editing it. You could quite easily use this effect for anime editing too though!

ohki so credits go to KornjiMsp because she created the coloring, I just changed/added some stuff to make it more fit for me o u o im pretty sure this isnt what you wanted XD lmaoo but this is basically the only coloring I use, you can also go to color correction in ae and just mix some stuff around ouo
I have another coloring, but I dont use it as much
