A simple tutorial on how to create your own glitch overlays in Sony Vegas Pro. You need Vegas Pro, not Vegas Movie Studio Platinum, because we need to masking tools to create the rectangle solid shapes. Just a simple fade input and output for about 4-5 different colors and you're all set!
