Hey guys! I'm back with another video this week. In this video, I will be showing you guys how to create a custom lock-on effect in Vegas Pro 11 specifically used for COD montages or any other video game montages. You don't have to download any template for this effect, you'll be creating this effect entirely in Sony Vegas. I couldn't upload it to megaupload since it got taken down =(. You can create this effect not only in Sony Vegas Pro 11, but Pro 8, 9 and 10 as well. For this effect, you will only need several video tracks, a video game clip, and a media generator.

Lucian finally came out. I didnt expect much from this new character, but overall hes pretty solid. Surprised to see that his abilities scale off of AP, and AD, so you can play him both botlane and mid. But I wouldnt play him in ranked or frequently in normals.
