PlayStation has been very busy this week filing a lawsuit against Tencent over their rip-off Horizon game 'Light of Moritam'. We got a lot of juicy details about how Tencent actually pitched a Horizon game themselves! Sony said no, but they went ahead with the game anyway it seems. This week we also had the big multiplatform job listing at SIE that has everyone wondering if Sony will release more games on Xbox and Nintendo Switch. And some are suggesting that yes, more will come. Elsewhere through the week we have China Joy 2025 where Sony held a little conference, we have new gameplay for Phantom Blade Zero going viral, and some Nintendo Direct Partner announcements. It's definitely busy! Now if I can just squeak by you and grab some napkins. (Sheesh this restaurant is always so packed).
