Video switchers are a crucial part of television production, including editing video before the days of non-linear video editing.

I find vintage switchers cool, and this small unit from 2000 especially so, because of its rich catalog of digital effects. This video is an overview of the switcher and its capabilities, and then basic switching will be demonstrated.
