Should you switch up to the A7C II from your A7C?
The Sony A7C is a very capable and portable full frame mirrorless camera. It is based on technology from the Sony A7III. The new Sony A7C II takes the same principle, the sensor and most of the features of the larger Sony A7iv and squeezes them in to the compact rangefinder body of the A7C II. Some features are getting left out, this appears to be more for marketing and product positioning reasons that cost or internal space. There is an AI processor here however to assist with fast and accurate focusing which is NOT present in the Sony A7iv on which this camera is based. I'll explain in the video.
