In this video James takes a look at the brand new Zeta large diaphragm condenser microphone from Sontronics.
The Zeta is a fixed cardioid transformer balanced mic that was designed for vocals and acoustic instruments but it turns out its great for drum overheads, percussion, and bass.
James shows you around the new Zeta and demos the mic on different sound sources allowing you to hear the raw unprocessed sound and the final mix including EQ, Dynamics, Reverb and Delays.
