In this video, I put another bread mix to the test. This time it's from a company called Sonora Keto Pantry and I'm using their mix to make bolillos, the Mexican dinner roll.
Though I don't show the graphic on screen, I tested my glucose response from eating two of these rolls using a Dexcom G6 continuous glucose monitor and there was only 2 points of movement, which is about as stable as you can get.
