The framerate can be Unlocked by disabling vsync , create a shortcut of Xenia.exe , then add "--vsync=false" , thanks to MrMrMANGOMILK for the tip đź‘Ť

"I have low brightness on my Xenia build !"
You need to use xcompress_file bms script to extract an # stage.ar.00 and change "Middle_Gray" (in scene effect) to an Higher value to "fix" the brightness of the stage.
This doesn't really fix the problem of Lightning because the Dynamic HDR don't work (I think) but it makes stages looks like original if you choose the right value.
