I wanted to make a nice, easy video to help tide people over while I finish up the Avatar dub (on the last few pages now) and my other meatier projects, and I also want to do more with my original Sonic character Dr. Celsius. So I wrote up this script to kill two Flickies with one stone. Plus people seemed to be very welcoming to Cel based on the art and videos I've done with him in it, so hopefully you all enjoy this one too.
