There's probably some "secret" that I'm a quick search away from that reveals the sources to various samples and provides a download to them, but I didn't bother and decided to create things that sounded somewhat like those. Sonic Rush's OST was given a lot of character with those samples. I have much respect for it.
I took from Sonic Heroes to make this remix. The bassline takes after what you'd hear from Grand Metropolis. Then, the rhythm guitar is me playing back what I hear from Power Plant. I'd wanted to incorporate more from Power Plant, but it didn't work out for me, as I wanted to maintain the structure of Bomber Barbara.
It took me like 20 minutes to beat this boss. It has some very cool music to battle to. I didn't quite understand the last phase my first time around, but I did it in the end. You're actually watching me complete it for the first time. I've never actually played Sonic Rush all the way. Only bits and pieces in the past.
