New Years Day in the Emerald Hill Zone and the residents are having a problem deciding just what to do for New Years Revolutions. Thankfully for them the residents are on there way to Wally Dithers Centre for the undecided. However once they arrive, the organiser Wally Dithers manipulates the Mobius to perform a Revolution of destroying Sonic The Hedgehog!
