So basically, the build CAN be playable on BizHawk, but there are major issues, such as the jump button. It freezes until you press C, which is really difficult to TAS.

Hello! In this video, I do a TAS speedrun of a Sonic Hack named 137E0 Action 1 Steak, which was submitted into Sonic Hacking Contest in 2016! This hack replaces the rings with steaks, and Sonic can now spindash. Cool, right? He can also super-peel out, too just press Up+Dash button & youre good to go!
I used savestates and frame advance feature for this TAS. This is a slightly TAS video; my record was 34 seconds. This was done with 3390 frames. However, due to emulation issues (lagging and such), this will NOT be uploaded to TASVideos.")
