Break it before it breaks you.
Replaces the first act of Windy Hill. Keep in mind that it has plenty of broken and unfinished things. One major issue is with the "Mach Speed" loops. If you move you can easily break it and fall off the loop. Of course, I could have fixed that by simply making it a 2D section like with some other loops, but this was more fun.
I'll probably fix some of the issues and add in the mach speed section sometime down the line.
