Sonic Jam contains the geneis classics as well as Sonic World, a very poor attempt at a 3D sonic game like Sonic R. I spend the first hour on Sonic world. It contains 10ish missions that I clear towards the end and sonic artwork/cinematics of the past. Possibly the most annoying thing about Sonic World is how the camera defaults to looking down at the ground. This not only ruins everything but makes the finding missions far more difficult than they needed to be. The second hour I run through sonic on original mode, then I play sonic 2 as knuckles for the next hour on orignial mode, and then finally sonic 3 and knuckles on normal. I didn't quite understand the difficulty options until I had cleared sonic 2. Original is the original layout of the genesis versions, Normal is a incredibly slightly different (i think easier + less bad guys) layout to this, and easy is this but easier. When playing through sonic 3 and knuckles on normal I noticed perhaps one difference, and I might have thought there were fewer bad dudes around but It would be hard to pick the changes out.
