I haven't uploaded a video in ages, I apologise for that, I haven't had much time to upload/record stuff. However, since this didn't require much editing, I felt this was worthy of being uploaded.
Any way, this is just a showcase of the Sonic Infinity Engine, developed by Ōban, you can find his channel here, though unfortunately he removed all of his progress videos, but his latest video has the source code and the playable builds (the latter was used for this video): youtube.com/channel/UCfapv2WX_F-7p8a_thaweVQ
Personally, I think this is amazing, it feels so much better than the official Hedgehog Engine, and if this was finished, and a full game was made with it, it'd probably result in a game that rivals Generations.
I hope you enjoy this, I'm not sure when I'll upload again, but I'll attempt to work on stuff in the future.
