New strat poggies!!!
There's three ways to get the star throw:
1) Playing the stage from story mode
2) Restarting the stage frame perfectly as you're about to die
3) Restarting the stage two frames before you die, and then restarting immediantly after
Assuming one of those conditions is met, you have one frame to input a B press to release a shuriken (the B press needs to be held for exactly one frame, yes this strat is very dumb), which allows you to jump to the pinball table right away.
This IL can go to sub 20 if you can get the (you guessed it) frame perfect team blast at the end but this IL is already dumb as it is lmao.

Made with humanly possible strategies for the purpose of estimating the fastest humanly possible time.
My first time creating a TAS for this game! I learned a lot while making this, its been a lot of fun and would definitely recommend anyone to try this experience.
The main reason why I made this is that I wanted to see how an optimized version of the skip would look like with humanly possible strats. I managed to save 4-5 seconds over the RTA record just by finding ways to move Tails closer to the goal ring with a lot of tiny optimizations.
