Since YouTube recently added 60fps options. I decided to test the feature by myself. Turn on HD (720p and up). Videos on YouTube never looked so smooth before. I recorded the video with Shadowplay on GeForce experience, which is only available for Nvidia graphic-cards. Here's the specs on the PC I played the game on (and other games of course):
Cooler Master HAF 912 Adv. Mini Tower
Corshair CX 750M, 750W PSU
Asus P9X79 LE, Socket-2011
Intel Core i7-4820k
HyperX Fury DDR3 1600MHz 16GB Black
ZOTAC GeForce GTX 780 3GB Physx CUDA
Kingston SSDNow V300 120GB 2.5" OEM
WD Desktop Blue 1TB
Windows 8.1
EDIT 12.02.2015: I use an ASUS GTX 970 STRIX for my PC now.
