How unlock it?
1. Backup your save file.
2. Open save in HEX editor (like HxD).
3. Go to offset 16B8.
4. Change 00 to 01 (or 21).
PS. You can't interact with console and there is no Mega Drive pad in skill shop
Also. There is no way to restore emulator on PC.
