Because the Quick Step Fix mod reminded me that nobody's bothered uploading these publically, even though places like The Cutting Room Floor are still eager to get them even nearly four years later, I decided I'd bother after spending an evening downloading the 360 version just for these files.
The video's obviously a dirty and quick edit of ScoreTimeTable.lua to make Modern Green Hill almost impossible to score an S rank (50,000) on, since the time bonus is now maxed out at 100 (1:40?) and the 100 rings bonus of 5,000 won't add nearly enough.
