I guess this is an appropriate way to start a new year since it has fireworks and stuff. I wouldn't really call this video a speed run, as there are just so many faster times on the leaderboards. I really don't like this stage all that much which is why I have no idea what would be the best route for this. Since an S-rank video was requested, an S-rank video shall it be.
