I absolutely love this stage. It has a lot of different routes and shortcuts, and I love that whale scene. It feels more epic than it's modern counterpart. Also, the stage looks really nice and is almost an excact copy of the original Emerald coast, only in 2D. It doesn't feel cheap though and has enough new stuff in it to feel fresh.
