Sorry that the stage is divided by 2! There is an object limit, as the game will crash above 4000+!

Those phantom effects in the end are representing that the stage ended, but in reality the next stage is Act 2, which continues off of that location!
Changes:
- New stuff
- God rays added
- New style of decorations
- Fused the design of Metropolis and Grand Metropolis
- New theme for Metropolis: Water Energy
- Gardens(Green for Grand Metropolis, and Tech for Metropolis)
- Fixed collision crashes that, prevent me from having collision on the pipes on the blue roads
