This video shows the location of all 10 silver medals and how to get to each one in Sonic's Dusty Desert level. If you want to collect every silver medal but you're stuck in some places, then you're in luck! I'll eventually upload a video of every level in the game, and after that the Soleanna Town Areas for each character. Feel free to comment or message me if you have any questions.
TIP: When trying to collect Silver Medals, not only is it OK to die, but you can also sacrifice a life to get a Silver Medal, if the occasion calls for it. You can also restart the level to go back and choose a different path in the level (as seen in this vid after Medal #4) or die on purpose to go back to a checkpoint for the same reason. *BUT you have to be careful not to lose all your lives!!!
BTW sorry for the screw up at 2:49. Something was wrong with my video capture device. Iono what though. Oh well lol.
