I made the title card myself in Publisher (not the best program, but I like it).
Used a wide variety of instruments here from Toy Story, Earthworm Jim 1 and 2, Streets of Rage, and Sonic 3, along with the Strings from the Ultimate Megadrive Soundfont.

I put USA/PAL because this theme is used for America's, Europe's, and Japan's versions of Sonic CD.
