This is a real speedrun played by myself (GeraldD1985), recorded with the new Kega Fusion Emulator! Wow, currently my most successful rank on TSC for this Zone (view link below), after two hours of practicing! o_0 I've mainly focused on the exact timing when to spindash down the "pipe" at the end of this Zone, before the screen moves too far to the right!
