I finally got Sonic CD to work on Windows XP, and it works great. The only problem is when I record it, the palette goes crazy. (On the video, at least. It looks normal on the screen as I play.)

Recorded with Camtasia Studio 5.

Note: I don't know why there is no sound. All of my settings were correct, and it was saying that it was picking up audio.
