Some playthroughs of few stages.
Status: Fully playable\Perfect.

Tested version: NTSC.
1st test: Emerald Coast. Resolution - 4x Native (2560x2112), 2xMSAA Antialiasing. 50-60 fps while recoding - 0:35
2nd test: Windy Valley. Resolution - 3x Native (1920x1584), 2xMSAA Antialiasing. 60 fps while recoding - 2:31
3rd test: Speed Highway. Resolution - 4x Native (2560x2112), 4xMSAA. 40-60 fps while recoding - 5:12

My settings:
Video: OpenGL plugin. Enhancements: Res - 4x Native, AA - 4xMSAA, AF - 16x, Scaled EFB Copy - ON, Per-Pixel Lighting - ON. Hacks: Texture Cache Accuracy - Medium (Fix broken text in subtitles).
Audio: DSP HLE. Audio backend - XAudio2.
!Note! In properties to the iso image, i enable "Block Merging" that gives me some good speedup in whole game. Also enable DSP HLE emulation (fast) in properties - fixes some audio cuts in emulation.

My PC:
CPU - Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.20GHz
Motherboard - ASUS P8B75-M (LGA1155)
GPU - Nvidia Geforce GTX560 (non Ti, not overlocked)
RAM - DDR3 8,00 Gb
