At long last, Gohan completes the last Trial of Patience, Reincarnates, and enters his fourth and final life! However, the final step required to attain perfect stats might be the most tedious. Eevee and I will have to work in perfect synchronization with Gohan if we want to ensure his stats are truly flawless and unbeatable. Before his evolution, Gohan will have to endure one more Trial of Fasting. However, this time around, we'll need to very careful about how to set his Evolution. We want Gohan to become a Tails Chao. In Base SA2, Tails Chao were only obtainable through a special mission involving one of the Fantasy Star Games, and Knuckles and Amy Chao were only obtainable through a special SEGA event following the release of Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, which sadly meant the latter two were no longer obtainable in Base SA2. However, thanks to an incredible feature added in Chao World Extended, Tails, Knuckles, and Amy Character Chao are now obtainable by all players using this mod once again! The method for obtaining them is the same as the method for obtaining a Chaos Chao, except a particular statistic must be adjusted to gain the desired Character Chao. After giving a Chao the Chaos Formula, their evolution must then be set to Fly to obtain a Tails Chao, Power, to obtain a Knuckles Chao, or Run, to obtain an Amy Chao. However, it's not as simple as that for Gohan. In order to make Gohan into a Tails Chao with perfect stats, we will need to give him the Chaos Formula in a specific order, ensuring that his Run stat never levels up until adulthood, when we will be able to lock in his X Grade Run Stat. Additionally, any level ups Gohan achieves while taking this formula must be a maximum of 30 points in any given stat. This means that we will have to reset to the last save point if we ever get a sub-optimal level up while giving him the Chaos Formula. There would have been a risk of Gohan falling out of a balanced alignment during this process, but thankfully, we were able to use Fly Animals to bring the Run Progress Bar down in order to ensure that statistic did not level up prematurely or sub-optimally. This is convenient, because the next requirement for achieving the desired Chao was to ensure Gohan's evolution was set to Fly Alignment, all while ensuring The Run Stat didn't level up until adulthood and any level ups achieved during this time were a maximum possible 30 for any stat that received them. Given the frequency of resetting to prior save points in this video, you could al now imagine how difficult it would be to achieve a Perfect Chao legitimately in Base Game, but despite all of the setbacks, with very careful and meticulous calculation, and of course with the incredible support of my wonderful girlfriend Eevee and my incredible chat, we finally did it. Gohan managed to achieve his target Tails Chao evolution, maintaining flawless stats and locking in X Grade Run! With this hurdle finally cleared, all that remained was the final Trial of Endurance.
