The 4th mission of each level is this game is the same as normal, but with a time limit (in this level the first mission is also timed, so they give you 90 seconds less on 4). 3:30 may seem like an easy time limit to fulfill, and it is. So to give myself something to do, I challenged myself to not only complete the level in time, but get all 236 rings. Just getting to all the rings takes a long enough time that you need to have a favorable emerald layout to have a chance. Because there are 19 boxes of 5 rings each hidden inside safes, and going up to the top to unlock a color wastes time, use of the Dreamcast version is required for any hope at 3:30 (since you can use Screw Kick to reach through safes and get the items inside). Finally, 236 rings is actually "better than perfect" in this level, since you're only judged out of 230 to get the all-ring A.
