This is Flying Battery Zone, as it currently is in Sonic 3C Delta, featuring some of the following prototype elements:
- Graphics and palettes from the Sonic 3 1103 prototype
- Layout from the Sonic 3 1103 prototype
- Custom object and ring layouts derived from Sonic 3C 0408
- Indoor light palette cycling based on information from the prototype
- New outdoor night palette based on the original zone order
- Early sounds based on Sonic 3 1103 and Sonic 3C 0408
- Refined prototype music
Keep in mind, there are still a handful of things to refine -- a lot of time and effort goes into ROM hacking.
In the video, I also showed off the current state of two of the Bonus Stages which are based on the versions seen in the prototype.
Chainspike/Silver Sonic 1992 - Project leader, Main Programming, Main Art design, Level Design.
Mecha Knuckles 2001 - Co-leader, Sprite Artist, Beta Tester.
sonic c32ttb1 - Quality Assurance, Beta Tester, Suggestions.
EmmaNerd - Sprite Artist, Suggestions, Beta Tester.
Coil - Beta Tester, Suggestions.
Xebninmaj Sark - Beta Tester, Suggestions.
Legobouwer9 - Mushroom Valley Layout Design
Prior assistance:
Zummone - Programming, Art Direction, Suggestions.
Inferno - Sound Driver Porting, Beta Tester, Suggestions.

![[Sprite Animation] Death Egg Robot Battle & KNUCKLES
The giant robot suits are broken out a little earlier than usual.
This day marks exactly two years since part 1 of this series. Originally it was cancelled, but a lot of people enjoyed it so I made a part 2! I started working on this in January (not consistently!) and here this is, almost 11 months later.
In actuality, this is actually the 4th part, with the previous part actually being the 2nd. Part 1 and 4 have never been finished or released, and since this series isnt meant to make sense anymore it has little connection with the unseen parts.
You probably noticed the white lines in the background while watching this video. Unfortunately, that seems to be a major visual bug present in Adobe Flash CS6 and there is little I can do about. I wanted to do accurate BG parallax effects as seen in the original game.
Sprite credit goes to Sega, Sonic Team, STI.
Sprite ripping credit goes to Apocalypse, SupaChao, Mister Man, SkyLights, Grim, Dolphman, and The Observer.
Special Thanks to Mecha Knuckles 2001 for some of the Metal Sonic Kai sprites used in this video.
Music & Sound credit goes to Sonic Team and Sega Sound Team. [Sprite Animation] Death Egg Robot Battle & KNUCKLES](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/orUUpgB8hBI/mqdefault.jpg)
