The Sonic the Hedgehog 3 Pre-Final tape is a recording of a late prototype of Sonic the Hedgehog 3. This video aims to detail all of the (currently known) differences in this footage when compared to the final game and also the November 3rd 1993 (1103) prototype when applicable.
