This method is pretty damn dreadful to do, mainly because of subpixels determining some outcomes once you're inside the ground. Main gist is jumping to the bottom where the blue blocks are, and timing a precise climb on the left. If done correctly, Knuckles will climb up the ledge, but the block will slowly push Knuckles downwards, making him clip in the floor.
Afterwards, it's a 2 frame zip to the left, 3 frame jump, glide on the next frame to descent lower on the ground. Zip to the left more, so you bonk a wall. Then you wanna tap left to turn around a 1-tap spindash, then switch to holding right to zip to the left boundary for the level wrap. There's somewhat safer ways to do the floor section to get like a 0:18 or something like that, but a time like this was what I was fishing for.
