It is evidently clear that the attraction demo was created for an earlier version of the game, with a bit of a different layout as well. Here's what I was able to get restored, although, at the moment, I can't figure out anything past it.
It's at least clear the beginning of the level was somewhat similar to final, though everything falls apart past the spring. If any obstacles are removed, the demo can span up to over two minutes, although I haven't yet figured out exactly how long the demo goes on for.
