Metal Sonic Hyperdrive is an extensive and heavy modification of Sonic 1 by Lone Devil.
You can download the ROM hack here at his Wordpress website at lonedevilmods.wordpress.com/metal-sonic-hyperdrive or on the Sonic Retro page at info.sonicretro.org/Metal_Sonic_Hyperdrive and to play it, get an emulator such as Kega Fusion for Windows 8.0+, Windows 10 or Gens-gs-r7 for Windows 7 and under. Those are the two emulators I'd normally recommend for accuracy and speed plus frame rate except for me running Kega Fusion at high priority and also Bandicam at also high priority in this case which I think results in heavy frame rate loss, so the frame rate in the video is exactly 38.26 frames per second in the video itself.
